Cooking Lab - Soba Salad w Summer Mango

This is an easy and flavorful Japanese soba noodle salad. It is healthy and flavour filled. Topped with a nutty sesame dressing and refreshing mango cubes, perfect for the warm days.

-Japanese Soba noodle x 1 packet 
-John West tuna in spring water x 1 can 
-Japanese sesame salad dressing 50g 
-Ripe mango cubed x 1
- Parsley 10g
- Sesame seeds 5g 
- Seaweed flakes 5g 

1. Cook the Japanese Soba Noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2.Add the tuna and chopped parsley to the cold soba noodles.
3. Stir in the Japanese sesame dressing and mix well.
4. Plate the soba noodles and top with diced mango cubes, sesame seeds and seaweed flakes. Garnish with some side salads.

5.Served it chilled or at room temperature.
