This is a Lebanese-style chicken wrap sandwich using leftover BBQ chicken. It is quick, easy and oh so tasty.

The combination of the flavors are totally addictive and mind-blowing. I want to sing!~

The main star is the amazing smooth white garlic sauce. You can get most of the ingredients pre-made ready for you at the deli. It is cheap and a time saver.

I will save another blog post to rave about the totally amazing, addictive Lebanese garlic sauce (also known as Toum). There is no turning back once you tried it. You will be hooked!~

Ingredients:

- 1/2 BBQ chicken

- 4 fresh Lebanese round bread
- 50ml garlic dip sauce
- 50ml hommus
- 100g tabouli
- 30g mixed cheese
Instructions:

1. Warm up the BBQ chicken in the oven on medium for 3 minutes.

2. Lay Lebanese bread on a flat surface.

3. Gently pull apart the Lebanese bread from the side.

4. Spread a generous amount of hommus evenly.

5. Add 2 spoonful of tabouli.

6. Add 1 spoonful of mixed cheese.

7. Top it with BBQ chicken.

8. Drizzle with garlic sauce.

9.Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.

10. You can toast the wraps if you prefer.

11. Cut the wraps in half.

Enjoy the taste sensation. Seriously! It is really the tastiest wrap ever....oh - I know how to top this: Add a slice of hash brown!!! OMG - it is seriously good stuff!!

Cooking Lab - Smoked Gravadlax Salmon Wrap

Picky P got dinner plan elsewhere tonight, so I decided to have a night off too!!

Well the thought of a night off is all good and well - but I still need to feed myself with something.

Poking through the fridge for an instant meal. Nope - all raw ingredients require cooking *sigh** Today is day I do not want to turn on the gas stove ... and no, dry crackers are not a meal option.

Hang on a minute ... Yes this will do for tonight!

A very simple Gravadlax Salmon wrap with Avocardo & French Onion.

I picked up this when shopping with my friends - and tonight seems like the perfect opportunity to give it a try!
Ingredients:
- Smoked Gravadlax Salmon
- Avocardo 1/2
- French Onion thinly sliced
- Wrap sheet x 1

(I still got a couple of the shallot pancake crepes - so I used that instead of a plain wrap.)

- Place Avocardo slices first followed by salmon Gravadlax then scattered with some French onions.
- Roll up and ready to serve under 3 minutes!!
Enjoy!~
NORLAX Smoked Gravad Salmon 330g
(Raw, thinly sliced, cured salmon seasoned with pepper and dill.)
The wrap was wonderful tasty with the delicate smoked gravad flavour. The gentle saltiness was not too overpowering like the plain smoked salmon.
Absolutely loved this Salmon Gravadlax!
After polishing off the wrap, I couldn't resist but to have some more on its own.
Divine~~

Goes so well with a glass of chilled white wine. This is can be a perfect Summertime cocktail entertainer - simple, light, elegant and you don't have to do any work!!!

Cooking Lab - Breakfast Wrap Roll w Basil & Kale Egg

This one of my favourite breakfast snacks....when I get time to make them.

This is an amazing egg/crepe/wrap/burrito breakfast. Adopted from the Taiwanese breakfast Dan Bing (蛋餅) with a western twist~

(c) GMV - Got My Vote!

It is basically a thin Spring onion flavored crepe pastry with egg & ham.

Ingredients:
- Shallot Pancake crepes x 2
- Basil leaves 1 cup
- Kale leaves 1 cup
- Eggs x 2
- Ham off the Bone x 2
- Salt & Pepper to season.

Normally I just use a plain wrap... But today, I've got something special!!! I've got shallot pancake/crepe for wrapping !!! So excited!~~

Instructions:
1. Heat 1/2 t/s of oil in a fry pan. Cook until the crepe is golden and puffy. Set aside on a serving plate.

It isn't that a pretty sight? Golden, crispy..
2. Put Basil, Kale leaves & egg into a food processor and mix it well.
3. Heat another 1/2t/s of oil and pour the egg mixture over the pan.
4. Before the egg has set, quickly cover with a grilled ham and a cooked crepe and fry until the egg has set.
5. Flip over onto a plate.
When you flip onto the plate - you should have Shallot Pancake crepe at the bottom, then a slice of ham and the Basil&Kale egg should be on top.
6. Roll up the crepe like a Swiss roll and cut into slices.
Breakfast is served!~~
Wow! healthy greenery~~
Basically you can wrap with whatever you fancy! It's as simple as ABC!
